We spend most of our lives optimizing, rushing, scheduling friendship two weeks in advance. This week is the opposite. You show up, you're present, and you let the days unfold with people who are doing the same.
The week is built around four themes: self-discovery, connection, communal living, and fun. Some of it is structured — workshops, honest conversations, movement sessions. Some of it is spontaneous — a walk to the pond, an improvised jam session, a philosophical debate that goes until 2am.
There's also a day dedicated to creative projects — the side project you've been putting off, the thing that calls to you but never feels urgent enough. You bring it, you work on it alongside others, you share and get feedback. But that's one day out of seven. The rest is about being together.
Everyone contributes. You might lead a workshop on something you know well, help cook one evening, or simply hold space for someone who needs to be heard. The group makes the retreat — not the program.
A mix of entrepreneurs, creatives, and builders — mostly in their late twenties to mid-thirties, mostly based in Paris, some international. People who are curious, growth-oriented, and honest with themselves.
You want to be challenged, not just validated. You’re drawn to honest conversations and you welcome feedback.
You bring something — a skill, an activity, energy, presence. The retreat is co-created by the people who show up.
You know how to hold space for others. You listen well. You’re here to connect, not to network.
The days have structure but not rigidity. Enough scaffolding to keep momentum — enough freedom to follow where the work takes you.
Maison des Créateurs is a restored tiers-lieu in Charente-Maritime — a converted stone property with 3 hectares of park, a pond, and a 500-year-old yew tree. Built for exactly this kind of gathering.
Private chalets with their own kitchens, plus two tiny houses. Higher privacy for individuals or couples. Limited availability.
Dormitory-style accommodation in the main building. Communal, affordable, and the fastest way to make friends.
Coworking stations by floor-to-ceiling windows, a mezzanine library, and a large movement room — wood floors, exposed beams, natural light.
Three hectares to wander. A peaceful pond, old-growth trees, terraces for dining outside, and enough space to disappear for an hour.
This is an invitation-based gathering. We curate the group to get the right mix of people, energy, and creative projects. If what you've read resonates — reach out and tell us about yourself and what you'd work on.
Spots are limited. We'll get back to you within a few days.
